This guide explains how to change your LightleapAI password whether you are currently logged in or need to reset it without access to your account.

Option 1: Changing Your Password While Logged In

If you are already logged into your LightleapAI account, follow these steps:

1. Click on your profile avatar or icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select Account Settings or Edit Profile from the dropdown menu.
3. Locate the Change Password section.
4. Enter your current password.
5. Enter your new password and confirm it in the field provided.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Your password has been successfully updated. You may be prompted to log in again with your new credentials.

Option 2: Resetting Your Password Without Logging In

If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the LightleapAI login page.
2. Click the Forgot Password? link below the login fields.
3. Enter your registered email address and submit the request.
4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from LightleapAI.
5. Click the link in the email and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Enter and confirm your new password.
7. Once complete, return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.

Note: If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
