Summary
A targeted correctness fix for the Application View Hold control. The Apply/Remove Hold button and the Review-Log hold indicators now reflect the applicant’s true current hold state, and the dashboard hold count reflects the latest successful hold action.
What changed (customer impact)
The Apply/Remove Hold button now shows the correct action for the applicant’s current state.
The Review Log now colors hold events accurately (applied vs. removed vs. failed).
The dashboard hold count no longer counts a failed hold attempt as the current state.
Impact & risk
Display/correctness fix on the reviewer screens. No change to how holds are applied or removed, and no data migration.
What to verify
Open an applicant with no hold — the button reads “Apply Hold”.
Open an applicant with an active hold — the button reads “Remove Hold”.
Review Log: applied = red, removed = green, failed attempt = neutral.
