What's New

ID Verification Module

• Migrated ID verification provider from IDology to Socure for enhanced verification capabilities and improved accuracy.

• Introduced asynchronous webhook integration for real-time ID verification status updates.

• Maintained existing fraud marking functionality, allowing users to accept or reject verifications with the same workflow.

• Added the Import IDology function to migrate legacy IDology data for compatibility with the new UI and Socure integration.

Analytics Feedback Form

• Added the Feedback form in Analytics Settings accessible via User Settings > Feedback.

• Feedback submissions are automatically routed to our ClickUp workspace for team prioritization and review.

Ability to Provide Reason Code

• Now users can provide a reason and add a comment while marking someone from Fraud to Not Fraud or vice versa.

• These reason codes are predefined. If additional reason codes are required, the N2N team should be informed so they can add them.
